Bedroom Makeover – Gossip Girl Style
Bring an electric rocker-chic vibe to your bedroom with Gossip Girl as your muse. To create elegance on a budget, choose lots of reflective objects like the two side dressers purchased from Ikea below. Try an off-white paint color for your walls or even a warm grey hue.
To make this room pop and tie the overall theme together, I would have changed up the chez lounge and headboard with hot pink piping. The bed could also use a warmer comforter to make the room twice and cozy! Other than that, I love this cute bedroom with its many colors, prints, textures and upbeat hues. So refreshing!

No Place like Home – Englewood New Jersey Residence
The biggest challenge most interior designers face when decorating is making a home feel like a home. That “homey” look may not always be so easy to achieve especially with the modern cold color palettes and furniture on the market today. Sometimes sticking to your roots is all it takes to bring back that old “spark” you’re looking to bring home. When I came across this New Jersey residence in Englewood I thought it had it all – a mix of contemporary, traditional, retro, and vintage décor all in one. You enter the home feeling like you came home – no stiff furniture, just move in, relax, and enjoy!

Dream Bathroom – Everything a Girl Needs
Quit dreaming about your dream bathroom and make it a reality once and for all! This extravagant bathroom may seem a little much, but take some clever inspiration from it and try the look yourself. Read on for some quick tips to get you started:
- Install a wraparound mirror to instantly make your bathroom look double in size.
- Have no room for the big oval bench below? Move in a small circular ottoman for the same effect.
- For more light reflecting material, install mirrors on all of your cupboards and drawers.
- Keep it sleek by sticking to a bright white color palette with hints of grey, and gold.
- Display some fashionable sketches in thin gold frames for a small taste of glamor. Pop a small bright fuchsia bouquet for even more bathroom elegance.
- Check out your local flea market and search for a unique antique tray to display all of your favorite perfumes and jewelry.
