Coco Chanel’s Living Room Tour
I’ve featured Coco’s apartment before and I just can’t get enough of her effortless and elegant taste of design. I came across some more stunning photos of her place and just had to include them on the blog. My next living room makeover is going to look a little more like this: lots of bookshelves above the sofa, and some extravagant lacquered Chinese screens. Something to dream about!

Candy Land – French Boudoir Gets a Whole New Look
Stepping into this posh apartment is a lot like stepping into a French candy store – lots and lots of eye candy. Think about tufted velvet couches, gold gilded frames, black and white stripes, and lots of fashionable accessories. The designer of this apartment made it look a lot like a home boutique – various clutches, shoes, and glitzy jewelry on display. To easily get the look at home try incorporating a color palette of soft gray, gold, and pink, and then throw in a dash of fierce black with blinding white. In the meantime, feast your eyes…

The Perfect Parisian Apartment
The French know how to live, and that’s evident through their drop-dead gorgeous sense of decorating. This little apartment in the center of Paris has won my heart over. I love the clean lines, and how everything has been kept classic and simple. There is not too much color throughout, but that’s why the designer decided to make an impact with an oversized work of art in the living room and a sparkling chandelier in the dining room.
