Instructions:

  1. Hot glue the assorted ribbons around, center, top, and bottom of can.
  2. Cut out a piece of Styrofoam and place it into the can
  3. Insert  a small silk floral bush into Styrofoam.

O Suzani! – Bringing Folk Patterns into Your Décor Mix

Give your home a little edge with this Persian folk pattern popularly known as the Suzani. I love decorating with this sort of print since it isn’t only a pattern, but also a work of art added to your overall masterpiece. The intricate floral detailing and popular motifs such as leaves, vines, fruits, and flowers brings an instant fun vibe to your space. If you love this pattern and want to implement it into your décor scheme, try toning down the rest of the patterns and opting for a soft palette on your walls such as white, soft yellow or cream.
